Source Association will be a network for professionals directly involved in patient care. Executive Directors, Case Managers, Social Workers, Directors of Nursing and their staff from all levels of patient and resident interaction will meet once a month at the Garland Chamber of Commerce for the purpose of exchanging knowledge and experience.
This will not be an environment charged with marketing or community liaison staff present for the purpose of cross marketing and generating referrals.
With the ever changing environment of DADS regulation and Medicare policies implemented by the current bureaucracy and enforced by professionals from a myriad of different backgrounds, patient care can get lost in an endless sea of ever changing policy and regulation.
It is the mission of Source Association to bring together the brightest minds currently in the healthcare profession to work together in order to best meet the needs of those we serve, while furthering the knowledge and expertise of those who serve them.
Every month, Source Association will make available the CEUs necessary to meet our professional requirements in an environment that fuels interaction between all levels of staff and all areas of patient and resident care.
